An integrated module to practice the art and skill of mindful living. Empirical research suggests multiple benefits of mindfulness that include emotional regulation, decreased reactivity and increased response flexibility, improvement in interpersonal behaviour, and decreased stress and anxiety, among other benefits.
All the modules include mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, specific yoga asanas, pranayama, and special dynamic meditation practices. Advanced practices are taught in each successive level
